Robert Joe Dobbs was born March 22, 1961 and departed this life Monday, April 5, 2021 reaching the age of 60 years. He was the son of (the late) Robert G. and Virginia (Lee) Dobbs.

He is survived by: 2 sisters, Terry Bucklin and Marcie Cox; and 2 brothers, Jerry Green and Bobby Dobbs; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was a loving brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 12, 2021 between 10 am - 11 am at the Elk Spring Cemetery Shelter House.  Funeral services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11 am at the Elk Spring Cemetery Shelter with burial to follow.
