'Robert Ray Turner was born on September 20, 1945 to the late Robert Turner and Christina Blevins and departed this life on October 9, 2018 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. On December 27, 1969 he united in marriage to Ann Dodson Turner who survives. This forty-nine year union brought two children; Bobbie Turner and Ray and his wife Lori Turner.
Also surviving is one grandchild; Dylan Ray Turner, his brother, Elwood Blevins along with a host of nieces and nephews to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his siblings; Virginia Brewster, Pauline Smith, Carroll, Delmer, Huey, James, Clifford, and Eugene Blevins.
Bob served in the Army during the Vietnam War in 1966-1967 where he received the Bronze Star Medal with "V" device. He started Bobs Auto Supply in 1996 and continued to run it as long as his health would allow. Bob had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Steubenville Baptist Church.',
