Robert Lee Sloan was born September 23, 1970 and departed this life Saturday, August 15, 2020 reaching the age of 49 years. He was the son of Donna Parris Sloan and (the late) Kenneth Sloan.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by: his companion, Bambi Matthews Ramsey; 3 sons, Devin Sloan, Austin Ramsey and Tayshawn Benford; 2 daughters, Halei Sloan and Kamara Sloan; 1 brother, James Sloan; 1 sister, Doris Sloan; 5 grandchildren, Malayah Sloan, Karson Sloan, Keilen Calhoun, Bralei Lofton and Oliver Hutchison; nephew, Braedon Sloan; niece Macie Huff; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 21, 2020 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel.
