Rosemary Louise Phillips of Monticello, Kentucky was born February 6 ^th ,1944 and departed this life April 9 ^th ,2022 reaching the age of 78 years.

She is survived by her companion; Glen Blevins, one son; Chris Phillips (Katish), three sisters; Ann Turner, Barbara Faye Shed, Wanda Dodson, one brother; Charlie Dodson, four grandchildren; Silas Atkinson, Isaac Phillips (Breanna), McKinley Phillips (Brittany), Riley Phillips, and one great granddaughter; Taegan Phillips.

She is preceded in death by her husband; James "Jim" Phillips.

Rosemary had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Steubenville Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 12th from 5PM until 8 PM in the funeral home chapel.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 13 ^th at 11AM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
