Obituary
'Sally -Tina- Perkins Wallace, age 51, the wife of James Wallace, was born in New Castle, Indiana May 24th, 1957 the daughter of Dona and the late Herbert Lee Carroll. She departed this life Thursday morning at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was the mother of Tracy Barnes, Travis Perkins and the step-mother of Jamie, Dickie, Jimmie Ray and Crystal Wallace.
Also surviving are her four sisters; Georgia Perdew, Mabel Abbott, Angie Miller and Wanda Miller and her seven brothers; Bobby, Tom, Jimmy, Leonard, Earl, Osbie and Randy Carroll and also her seven grandchildren Courtney Barnes, Kaylee, Harrison and Jamison Wallace, Breanna and Natalie Lower and Chance Cherry.
Sally attended the Life Temple Church as long as her health permitted.
The funeral service was held Sunday afternoon in the Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Leonard Carroll and Bro. Dustin York officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
