Stella Faye Barnett was born March 1, 1947 and departed this life Saturday, August 1, 2020 reaching the age of 73 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Austin Lewis and Maggie Addie (Denney) Thompson.

She married Joe Donald Barnett and to this union 6 children were born.

She is survived by: 1 son, Kevin Barnett; 1 daughter-in-law, Brenda Barnett; 9 grandchildren, Austin Tucker, Trenton Tucker, Nicholas Barnett, Haley Barnett, Scottlyn Barnett, James Robert Barnett, Terry Randall Barnett, Valis Smedley, and Tony Smedley; 7 great-grandchildren, Charlie Smedley, Hayden Smedley, Kyla Smedley, Brooklyn and Shelby Smedley, Layla Rose Barnett and Aleeah Skye Barnett; 1 sister, Mildred Barnett; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her ex-husband, Joe Donald Barnett; 4 sons, Ricky Joe, Terry, Michael Lewis and Leslie Lee Barnett; and 1 daughter, Lora Marie Barnett.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

There will be a private burial at the Ingram Cemetery.
