'Stella Marie Nevels Clark, age 76 was born May 5, 1935 the daughter of the late Charlie and Dicie Tucker Nevels. She departed this life Thursday evening, April 26th at the Wayne County Hospital.

On August 9, 1961 she united in marriage with her husband, Elmer Noel Clark who passed away November 5, 2011. To this union three children survive: Geraldine Sexton; Zina Allene Clark and Silas Larry Clark.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Nathan Sexton; Janet Tucker; LaDonna Starnes; Rachael Tucker; Noel Ray Sexton; Freda Hammond and Natalie Sexton: seven great grandchildren and one sister: Rhoda Branscum.

She is preceded in death by her siblings: Ida Branscum; Zadie Branscum; Tamzie Branscum; George; Harvey and James Nevels.

Mrs. Clark had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a longtime member of the Lick Creek Baptist Church.
