Obituary
'Stella Evelyn Flynn Strunk was born in the Ritner community, January 7, 1937 the daughter of the late Denton and Lena Jones Flynn. She departed this life, Wednesday evening, November 9th at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Unit in Somerset, reaching an age of 79 years.
She is survived by her son: Teddy L. Flynn; her grandson, Travis Flynn and siblings: Clonia Anderson, Ina Ruth Ball and J.C. Flynn.
She is preceded in death by her siblings: Edna Mae Rose, Ruby Stiffler, Carrie Flynn, Lester, Fordie, Ledford and Eddy Arnold Flynn.
Stella had accepted Christ as her Savior as a young lady and was a lifetime member of the Lick Creek Baptist Church.
The funeral service will be 2PM Sunday in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Upper Turkey Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 Saturday and Sunday until service time.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
