'Terry Wayne Campbell age 44 was bron March 3, 1965 the son of the Kenneth and Ella Mae Campbell. He passed away Thursday, July 2nd at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexinigton.
Also surviving his is brother, Bro. Gary and his wife Karen Campbell.
