'Theo Ray Duncan was born March 27th, 1946 in Wayne County to the late Irvin and Rebecca Meadows Duncan and passed away Tuesday, July 23rd in Indianapolis, Indiana, reaching the age of sixty seven years.

He is survived by his wife; Barb Mullis Duncan, his children; Becky, Scott, Rodney and Keith Duncan. Also surviving are his siblings; Delta San Miguel, Lawrence Duncan and Bill McCarter along with his grandchildren.

Theo is preceded in death by his infant son, Timothy, and his brothers; Cleo and Ronald Duncan.

He attended Wayne County Schools, where he graduated in 1965 and became a carpenter by trade.

Theo had accepted Christ as his Savior years ago and was a member of the Meadow Creek Baptist Church.

He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends that loved him so much.
