Thurston Morrow was born April 14, 1945, and departed this life Tuesday, July 02, 2024, reaching the age of 79 years. He was the son of the late Charlie and Mae (Foster) Morrow.

He is survived by his wife, Reda Morrow; 1 daughter, Shannon Morrow; 1 son, Preston Morrow; 1 grandson, Colton Allen Roy; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 son, Alan Morrow; 1 brother, Norman Morrow; and 1 sister, Effie Hammond.

Thurston was a longtime member of the Cedar Hill Baptist Church.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 08, 2024, from 11 AM – 2 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, July 08, 2024, at 2 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
