Una Ellen Dobbs of Monticello, Kentucky was born August 13th, 1931, and departed this life Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, reaching the age of 92 years. She was the widow of the late Vesper Dobbs who passed away on September 12, 1987, and daughter of the late Rubin Cruse and Lille Jane Slavens Kidd.

She is survived by three sons; Randell (Sharon) Dobbs, Jerry (Barbara) Dobbs, and Tim Dobbs, eight grandchildren; Patrick Burchett, Jonathan Burchett, Chris Dobbs, Lydia Dobbs Sloan, Ashley Dobbs Burd, Brent Dobbs, Jessica Paige Hancock, and Leslie Dobbs Lester, as well as eighteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter; Charliona Dobbs Burchett, one son; Dwight Kenny Dobbs, two sisters; Maggie Watson and Lucy New, and four brothers; Lester Kidd, R.W. Kidd, Delbert Kidd, and Vester Kidd.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 6th, from 2PM until 8 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 7th, at 1PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Kidd Cemetery at Green Ford.

Una had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
