'Velma Rose Baker Foster was born November 7th, 1923 to the late George and Ollie Burnett Baker, and passed away Monday evening at the Creekwood Place Nursing Facility in Russellville, Kentucky reaching the age of eighty-eight years.

She united in marriage with Wilburn Foster whom passed away in 1961 and then later united in marriage with Arvil Foster whom also passed away January 26th, 2003.

Velma is survived by her nephew Reed and his wife Donna Kidd of Dunmor, Kentucky, her niece Rose Ella and her husband Jeff Phillips of Adairville, Kentucky, her great-nephew Jason and his wife Onalee Kidd of Dunmor, Kentucky, her great niece Alesha Rose Kidd of Bremen, Kentucky, her great-great nieces Kaylea Rose Keown of Bremen, Kentucky, Elizabeth Rose and Katherine Nichole Kidd both of Dunmor, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister Vela Kidd.

Velma had accepted Christ as her Savior many years ago, and was a member of the Canada-s Creek Baptist Church.

She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
