Vicki Steele, 65, of Somerset, Kentucky departed from this life Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Vicki was born on March 18, 1960, to the late Essie Steele and Leva (Lorraine) Lair.

She is survived by her loving partner of 34 years, Robin (Bobby) Bolin; Son: Bryan Bell and wife Kelli Bell; Brother: Kenneth Steele; Granddaughters: Justice Tarter and husband Joseph Tarter, Madison Bell and fiancé Dustin Thompson, Makenzie Bell and fiancé Chandler Winchester; Step-granddaughter: Nora Crist; Great-grandchildren: Bryson Bell, Jaxon Kirk, Zaylon Bell, Bella Winchester, Levi Thompson and Linkon Tarter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father: Essie Steele; Mother, Leva (Lorraine) Lair; Stepfather: William (Bill) York; Brother: Gary Steele and Stepson: Christopher Bolin.

Vicki was a wonderful Spouse, Sister, Mother, Mother-in-law and Grandmother. She was a very hard worker. She was full of life, loved spending time with her family, taking pictures to capture memories that will last a lifetime and enjoyed baking sweets. She will always be missed and forever loved.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 11, 2025, at 2 PM at Elk Spring Cemetery.
