Brother Wendell Morrow passed into eternity to be with the Lord, September 8, 2020. He was seventy-six years of age, having been born June 9, 1944. He was preceded in death by his parents Lora New Morrow and Frank Arlen Morrow. Preceding him in death was his siter, Carolyn Morrow Correll, brother, Fred Morrow, brothers-in-law, Glen Correll, Robert Thompson and David Shelton. He is survived by a brother, Edmon Morrow, sisters, Joyce Morrow Thompson and Dora Morrow Shelton. Also, he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special cousins, the Dodson and New families.

Brother Morrow was ordained as a minister by the Cedar Hill Baptist Church and Presbytery, October 9, 1988. Since his ordination, he served for many years in full time ministry in pastorship positions at a number of churches throughout the area.

He was also an avid farmer and was happiest when he was working on his land, whether working with livestock, or causing new crops to grow. Taught the value of frugal farming practices at a young age, he was able to continue farming successfully throughout his entire life.

Brother Morrow will be remembered by all for his kindness, willingness to lend a hand while offering help to many, as well as, his hospitably. With sad hearts we come to say goodbye to this uniquely gifted man of God. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11, 2020 between 11 am - 1 pm at the Cedar Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 11, 2020 at 1 pm at the Cedar Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
