Willard Edward Burke was born March 28 ^th , 1928, and departed this life January 14th, 2022, reaching the age of 93 years.

He is survived by two sons; Gary (Donna) Burke and Chris Burke, three daughters; Susan (Bruce) Burnett, Linda  Jones, and Loretta Corder (Andy Tucker), one brother; Willis Burke, eleven grandchildren; Chad Burke, Johnny Burke, Sarah Hatch, Craig Jones, Jessica Stinson, Brandon Gehring, Joshua Burnett, Tiffany Hancock, Victoria Burnett, Calvin Burnett, and Cody Burke, eighteen great grandchildren; Brittany Phillips, Dakota Stinson, Riley Jones, Marianne Jones, Audrey Jones, Scotlynn Evans, Logan Burnett, Hannah Hancock, Bailey Burke, Bridgett Burke, Brianna Burke, Joe Burke, Jackson Burke, Cierra Burke, Dallas Burke, Austin Burke, and Christian Burke, and Benjamin Burke, and one great great grandchild; Taegan Phillips.

Along with his wife Mary Magdalene Gregory Burke, he is preceded in death by twin daughters; Darcus Ann and Karen Ann, three brothers; Dillard Burke, Wendell Burke, and Vernon Burke, two sisters; Yvonne McCullen and Josephine Roberts, and two grandchildren; Eric Burke and Tara Burke.

Willard had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the White Oak Junction Baptist Church in Stearns, KY.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 18 ^th from 5 PM until 8PM in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 19 ^th at 11AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be in the Carl Kidd Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Gideons Memorial Bible Plan.
