'Zona Marie Upchurch age 86 of Eubank, formerly of the Fall Creek community of Wayne County passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born July 4th, 1921 in Wayne County the daughter of the late Wesley and Bessie Gregory.

Zona was united in marriage with Pete Upchurch who passed away in 1986. To this union two children were born, Kenney and his wife Debbie Upchurch of Eubank and Oretta Upchurch Ramsey who precedes her in death. Surviving is her grandson Kirk and his wife Susan Ramsey and two great- grandchildren; Cody and Sierha all of Lexington.

Also surviving is her sister Vena Swejker and brothers, Edwin, Tom, Willard, Oma and Carley Gregory. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Ella Mae Gregory, Anna Steele and Vela Shoopman Rooker.

She was a member of the Eubank Baptist Church.
